Here are tips on how to make the most out of your weekend:
➤ Do not check anything work-related
Emails? Phone calls? Business concerns? Set a boundary and allot your weekends exclusively for your days off. You can get back to it on Monday.
➤ Do something fun
What do you do for fun? Do you enjoy going out or do you want a night in? Spend your weekend unwinding by doing something you genuinely enjoy. Whether it’s binge-watching your favourite series or getting your body on the move, dedicate your weekend to it.
➤ Catch up on self-care
Self-care could mean bubble baths, shopping, or a spa on the surface but beneath it are responsibilities we tend to procrastinate throughout the week. Because of how busy we’ve been, we tend to neglect ourselves by not eating well or falling behind on chores. Use the weekend to catch up on better meals and clean your space.
